Your free trial: what's included and what isn't
Your trial runs for 7 days. No card, and it never turns into a charge on its own.
You get the full product. Multi-level phone menus, unlimited people, departments, desk phones, the desktop app, call forwarding, cloud recording. All of it, all real, for the whole week.
Three things are held back until you activate:

| 100 outbound minutes | Pooled across your account. Incoming calls are unlimited and never stop. |
| Adding more numbers | Available the moment you activate. |
| Transferring a number in | Transfers start after activation. |
When the trial ends, outgoing calls pause. Incoming calls keep ringing. Your line is never switched off. Add a card to carry on, and you keep your setup and your number.
Nothing is charged during your trial, and it never auto-charges when it ends.
