Bringing your existing number to Slingshot

You can bring your existing business number with you. It's free on every plan. There is no transfer fee.

Numbers → + Add number → I already have a number.

You'll answer six short screens and sign on the last one. There's no PDF, no printing, and nothing to scan or email. It usually takes under three minutes.

The transfer itself typically takes 7–14 days. Your current service keeps working the whole time.

On Starter, the transferred number replaces your Slingshot number rather than adding a second one, so transferring keeps you on Starter.

You have to activate first. Transfers can't be started during a trial.
