Departments

A department is a named group of people: Sales, Support, Billing. Every phone in the department rings at once, and if nobody answers the call goes to voicemail.

Starter includes 2 departments. Pro is unlimited.

A department rings phones. It doesn't hold callers in a queue with hold music. That's a call queue, and it's an Enterprise feature.
