Troubleshooting
People can't reach my number
- Check the number's state on the Numbers page. Needs setup means it has no destination. See Setting where a number rings.
- Check the app is connected. See My app won't connect.
- Call your own number from another phone and listen to what happens. What you hear tells us where it's breaking.
- If it's a number you're transferring, it isn't live until the transfer completes.
